I am excited to begin working on elixirs again! I’m finishing up orders for Bayberry spell candles – who doesn’t love a little candle magic in the dark of winter? I hope to begin elixirs on the Solstice, and I have a great new workspace that allows for the moon to shine in and bless the waters with Her light. This is a great benefit! Once upon a time, I was setting up crystal mandalas outside in the dark, hoping my crystals didn’t freeze and the neighbors weren’t peering through their curtains. There are also all the little woodland creatures who like to see what’s happening in the neighborhood at night. I am SO grateful to have a new workspace.
I had one client in the past tell me she was moving to a new state to start over and wanted an elixir to help her through the adjustments. No problem. I was able to purchase a gorgeous specimen of marble from a mine near her new town, and had on hand the State’s rocks. You know how every state has a State Bird, or a State Tree? Most states have State Rocks too! With the help of the “familiar” feeling of the state rocks, combined with stones chosen for self-esteem, courage, independence, and some motivating amber Solarplexus energy, I created a mandala encircling two quartz bowls filled with water charged during the new moon. New Moon, New Beginnings! It did take about 3 weeks from the time I got her order, ordered my marble specimen, charged her elixir, and shipped it, but I got great feedback. She was doing well, had made friends, and nothing was lost in the move.
